BROWNSVILLE - Three men are behind bars for their alleged involvement in a series of auto thefts.
Roberto Barboza, Eduardo Vera and Jose Ramirez were arrested at 2 a.m. Monday when they allegedly tried to steal two vehicles from the University Inn near the B&M international bridge.
