BROWNSVILLE - Police arrested a Brownsville woman over the weekend on child abandonment charges.
Danielle Posten, 25, was arraigned on Sunday.
Police said a neighbor called to report that Posten's children, ages 18 months to 3, were walking alone in the parking lot of her apartment
