BROWNSVILLE - The principal of a Brownsville elementary school sent a stern warning to parents after one of his students found a .22-caliber cartridge in a restroom.
Perez Elementary Principal Ruben Martinez sent the letter to parents on Wednesday. The note reassured parents that students
