HIDALGO COUNTY - State Senator Juan "Chuy" Hinojosa is helping shed some light into an aerial shooting that left two Guatemalan immigrants dead in October north of La Joya.
Hinojosa was one of few officials allowed to see a Texas Department of Public Safety video of the Oct. 25 incident.
