EDINBURG - The Hidalgo County district attorney has asked Texas Department of Public Safety helicopter crews to stop shooting at fleeing suspects.
Rene Guerra wants troopers to suspend the practice of shooting from the air.
Guerra met with Texas Rangers earlier this week.
