SAN BENITO - Police will file criminal charges against a driver after a deadly crash Friday morning in San Benito.
The driver of a Mustang hit motorcyclist Juan Luis Espinoza, 38, on FM 732. Espinoza died as a result of the crash.
"The investigation is in the preliminary stages.
