EDCOUCH - Edcouch-Elsa school district officials said they are reviewing the district's policy on lock-in procedures.
The Edcouch-Elsa High School was locked-in Thursday afternoon. The district's police chief said someone threatened to hurt the students, but the threat was never confirmed.
