CAMERON COUNTY - A Rio Hondo family is preparing to bury a teenager after he was accidentally shot and killed just days before the New Year.
Ricardo Ramos, 18, was accidentally shot by his 13-year-old cousin Sunday afternoon. The shooting happened a few feet away from Ramos' home.
