MISSION - Mission police and U.S. Secret Service agents are tracking the leader of a fuel theft ring.
Police said the man gave a debit card to his accomplice who used it to pump $2,500 worth of fuel at a gas station in Mission.
The accomplice, Juan Angel Mendoza, went before a judge
