HARLINGEN - U.S. Marshals captured a fugitive who escaped from law enforcement in the Rio Grande Valley.
Authorities claim Felix Alexander Torrealba is a career criminal. He was wanted in connection with a murder in Florida and was one of the U.S. Marshals 15 Most Wanted Fugitives.
