HARLINGEN - A Harlingen resident is upset over the presence of armed security guards in her neighborhood.
The woman said more guns in the neighborhood make for a volatile mix.
Her comments come in the wake of a shootout on the 2300 block of West Adrian Street, just before 10 p.m.
