BROWNSVILLE - Attorney Ray Roman Marchan of Port Isabel on Thursday was sentenced to more than three years in prison for public corruption.
Marchan, 55, was convicted on six counts of corruption in the FBI's corruption case against former Judge Abel Limas.
Marchan was indicted on
