HIDALGO COUNTY - A boy in Hidalgo County is holding on to the dream of helping his family move into a better house.
Miguel Serna, 11, and his family live with the bare minimum. Their home is a small, blue trailer with makeshift additions. Miguel said it is just temporary housing. He is not
