WESLACO - Delaware authorities continue questioning the Rio Grande Valley family of a man who killed two women at a courthouse.
Officials said Thomas Matusiewicz shot his former daughter-in-law and another woman before a custody hearing on Feb. 11. Two police officers also were injured in
