PHARR - Hidalgo County sheriff's deputies are rounding up parents who haven't paid their child support.
Sheriff Lupe Trevino set up a mobile substation at the Pharr Convention Center for the roundup. Authorities are processing parents who owe more than $10,000 each in unpaid child
