EDINBURG - A judge on Thursday charged Gustavo Lozano Cruz with making terroristic threats at Hidalgo County Sheriff Lupe Trevino.
Court records allege Lozano called the sheriff's office to threaten the county's top lawman, his family and a member of his staff.
Lozano turned himself
