MCALLEN - A man accused of plotting a revenge kidnapping was in court for a pre-trial hearing this morning.
Prosecutors claim Lorenzo Reyes Jr. wanted to kidnap a Valley businessman to make up for a business deal gone bad 25 years ago. At that time, the deal cost Reyes $250,000.
