HIDALGO COUNTY - A suspect who eluded authorities for more than a year will have to answer for crimes allegedly committed throughout Texas.
Police arrested Jose Jaime Roque Munoz, 45, Tuesday north of Mercedes. He had eluded La Villa police officers on two previous occasions.
