WESLACO - A Weslaco woman is in shock after receiving a nearly $900 water bill.
Minerva Regalado said the utility company made a mistake. Weslaco water officials said there is no mistake and the bill is due.
Regalado said her bill totaled $866.89. She was billed for 177,000 gallons
