CORPUS CHRISTI – Coast Guard crews seized two boats occupied by Mexican fishermen caught illegally in U.S. waters.

A press release issued out Wednesday says over 4,500 pounds of red snappers and 210 pounds of shark were confiscated.

A total of 10 people were detained and transferred to Border Patrol custody.
