Willacy County on Monday reported that 10 people had tested positive for COVID-19.

Five people younger than 19 years old, a man in his 40s, two women in their 50s and two people in their 70s tested positive for the virus, according to a news release from Willacy County.

Since the pandemic started, 1,308 people in Willacy County have tested positive for the virus.
