ALAMO – Two men are facing charges after trying to steal an A/C unit.

Jesse Martinez, 25, and Fabian Vega, 18, were arrested Saturday in Alamo.

The police chief tells CHANNEL 5 NEWS the homeowner caught the pair in the act. When he confronted them, he was assaulted and robbed.

Both were arrested two blocks from the home.
