21-Year-Old Charged in Deadly Uvalde Crash Arrested Again
WESLACO – A 21-year-old who is facing nearly three life sentences was arrested again.
Jack Dillon Young is charged in the death of 13 people after he crashed into a church van in March of 2017 near Uvalde.
He was arrested again last week after allegedly testing positive for the active agent in marijuana.
Young admitted that he was texting and on prescription drugs when he hit the van.
He pleaded no contest in May and was released until his sentencing which takes place in November. He’s now being held with no bond and faces a total of 270 years.
