25-Year-Old Man Charged in Harlingen Hit-and-Run
HARLINGEN – A 25-year-old man was charged after fleeing the scene of a hit-and-run crash in Harlingen.
Harlingen police said he then fled the scene.
Officers located the victim in a ditch. He was transported to a local hospital with extensive injuries.
His condition is unknown.
Authorities said they were able to locate Martinez at a family home in Harlingen.
His bond was set to more than $52,000.
