MISSION- The Hidalgo County sheriff office is searching for several suspects wanted for a carjacking that occurred Sunday afternoon.

Authorities are searching the area of Highway 107 and Stewart Rd.

Deputies tweeted that the suspects are armed.  

Troopers with the Texas Department of Public Safety, McAllen police and Mission police are assisting in the search.
