BROWNSVILLE – A Brownsville surgeon, who shares the same name as the local doctor who was recently charged with health care fraud, says he’s losing patients.

The orthopedic surgeon says in one day, he lost between 60 to 70 percent of his patients.

He hopes the confusion doesn’t continue to affect his practice.
