Cameron Co. Expects to Collect $306M in Taxes for 2017
BROWNSVILLE – More than 208,000 Cameron County taxpayers should be on the lookout for their tax bill this year.
Cameron County Tax Assessor-Collector Tony Yzaguirre said the county expects to collect more than $306 million this year.
Taxes are due by January 31, but there are discounts on your bill if you pay early in October, November or December.
Payments can be made online or at any of the nine-county branch locations.
