Cameron Co. Man Sentenced for Child Pornography
LOS FRESNOS – A Cameron County man will spend more than six years behind bars for possessing child pornography.
On April 4, 62-year-old Isaac Gonzalez pleaded guilty to using peer-to-peer software to exchange and view child pornography.
Federal agents searched his Los Fresnos home in February and found more than 1,600 explicit images on his laptop.
Gonzalez was sentenced 78 months in prison. He’ll be on supervised release for the rest of his life after he completes his sentence.
Gonzalez will also have to register as a sex offender.
