EDINBURG – An Edinburg doctor facing several charges in connection to health care fraud had previously been under investigation.

In 2009, the Texas Medical Review Board issued an agreed order of public reprimand that required Dr. Jorge Zamora-Quezada’s practice be monitored for two years.

The complaint was cleared in 2011.
