Delegates from El Salvador Helping Reunite Families
MCALLEN – Delegates from El Salvador are in the Rio Grande Valley to help ensure the reunifications of parents and children.
The ambassador from El Salvador is visiting detention centers and shelters after they documented 145 cases of children being separated from their families.
She says it will take about 15 to 30 days to reunite them after deportation.
