DONNA – A woman says the City of Donna isn’t allowing her to hold a garage sale due to issues with a permit.

She says rain caused her to cancel a garage sale meant to help her mother, who is a cancer survivor, with medical bills.

Donna officials told her it was against city rules to have consecutive sales at the same address. She would have to wait four months to hold the garage sale.

She called 5 ON YOUR SIDE to see if she could get this resolved.
