DPS: $6K Reward Being Offered in 1994 Cold Case

WESLACO – The Department of Public Safety announced the reward for a decades-old Brooks County case is increasing.

Investigators are still trying to figure out what happened to Rena Rincones, of Falfurrias, who was reported missing in March of 1994.

The agency announced a $6,000 reward for information leading to a potential break in the case.
