ALAMO---Three people are in custody following a chase earlier this afternoon. DPS ended the pursuit on El Gato and Rio Grande road in Alamo.
DPS says the three suspects were released to Peñitas Police Department.
DPS Lt. Johnny Hernandez said the driver will be charged with burglary of a vehicle and evading arrest with a motor vehicle.
The two passengers will be charged with burglary of a vehicle and a destruction and tampering with evidence.
