Driver Involved in Weslaco Fatal Accident to Face Charges
WESLACO – Police said a driver involved in a deadly accident will face charges once he’s released from the hospital.
Last week, Priscilla Ann Jimenez-Trejo parked her car on the shoulder of Expressway 83 after a minor accident with two other cars.
Shortly after, she was killed when another driver crashed into her vehicle.
Her 11-year-old son suffered a skull fracture. He’s now recovering at home.
There’s no word when the driver will be released.
