ELSA – Police in Elsa are searching for a man wanted for injuring a child.

Officials are looking for 22-year-old Abimael Montelongo. He’s accused of hurting a 6-year-old child.

Montelongo is described as being 5 feet, 9 inches tall, weighs 180 pounds, has brown eyes and has tattoos on both of his wrists.
