SEBASTIAN – Willacy County is asking anyone who is dealing with flood damage to report it.

Willacy County Emergency Management Coordinator Frank Torres tells CHANNEL 5 NEWS their office has not received many calls about flood damage.

He says this means he cannot provide data to the Federal Emergency Management Agency that would meet its requirements for federal aid.
