Flooding is Major Concern in Garcitas Creek
GARCITAS CREEK--Flooding is a main concern for people in Garcitas Creek, an area between Houston and Victoria.
"Guadalupe river is coming up from Saint Marcus down to Victoria through Cuero and Gonzalez. It's expected to flood Victoria later this week," said Victoria resident Gus Kroos.
Kroos said he sees parts of the Guadalupe river on the road already. He fears this could be like the flood disaster in 1998.
