Foiled Stash Houses Back on the Market
WESLACO – A takedown by law enforcement of houses used for criminal activity in the Rio Grande Valley means these properties will soon have new owners.
Realtor Vikki Wright tells CHANNEL 5 NEWS sellers should disclose information to future homeowners and renters.
But, if no information is given, you have options.
“Each home is individual, and the criminal history is going to be with your local police department. It’s the easiest, and probably, the cheapest way,” she says.
Wright says a criminal report is the best way to learn about every incident at the home.
