HARLINGEN – Employees of Fey’s Home Health and A.M.C. Home Health say they have not been paid.

The company filed for bankruptcy, which could impact whether the employees will receive the full amount they are owed.

We’ve been in contact with a U.S. bankruptcy trustee who is working on the case.

She says she anticipates filing a motion for the employer’s estate to be distributed to creditors.
