HOUSTON (AP) - Authorities in Houston say a bar manager and four servers are facing charges for providing more than a dozen alcoholic drinks to a 19-year-old man who later caused a deadly wreck that killed a woman.

The Harris County district attorney's office said in a statement Wednesday that Erick Hernandez spent six hours at the Servi-Car El 3 bar.

Authorities say he was visibly intoxicated when he left the bar late Sunday, got into a pickup and within two minutes struck head-on a car being driven by 23-year-old Taylor Phillips.

Phillips, mother to a 1-year-old boy, died at the scene.

The bar employees are facing charges that include making alcohol available to a minor.

Hernandez was charged with intoxication manslaughter and released on bond. It's not clear if he has an attorney to speak on his behalf.
