HOV: Brownsville Residents Participate in 'Healthy Eating' Cooking Class
BROWNSVILLE – Residents in Brownsville were given lessons on how to eat healthy while on a budget.
The cooking class was hosted by Molina Healthcare.
About 50 people attended the class.
They partnered with H-E-B to provide a bag of healthy groceries for the participants.
Experts say eating healthy adds to your quality of life and longevity.
