EDINBURG – Jury selection is expected to begin in a murder case.

Victor Lee Alfaro is accused of shooting and killing Reynaldo Reyes in 2016.

Police responded to the 700 block of 4th Avenue, where they found Reyes with gunshot wounds.

Reyes later died at the hospital.

Alfaro was arrested after the shooting.
