Last Minute Preparation in Robstown
ROBSTOWN – Residents in the Corpus Christi area are preparing for Hurricane Harvey.
The city of Robstown ran out of sand bags.
“We’re all very worried for our families and homes as we watch the storm,” said Guadalupe Torres, who is from Brownsville.
Torres said a person he didn’t know gave him a shovel. It brought comfort to Torres to see neighbors helping others.
Robstown is not under a mandatory evacuation order. Many coastal areas closer to Corpus Christi are under a mandatory evacuation order.
