HARLINGEN--A Wisconsin man is accused of burglarizing Harlingen high school.
     23-year-old Frankie Ikeme Jones is charged with burglary of a building, criminal mischief and graffiti. He's accused of damaging electronics, painting graffiti, removing door knobs, discharging a fire extinguisher and stealing calculators. Damage is estimated to be in the thousands.
     Harlingen police said Jones was caught when he returned to the crime scene to retrieve his skateboard.
