Man Charged in Alamo Gentlemen’s Club Shooting, 2nd Suspect in Custody

UPDATE (10/5): A second suspect wanted for murder in Hidalgo County is in custody. 

The 22-year-old man was arrested by U.S. Marshals more than 600 miles away in Gonzales, Lousiana. 

He's currently in custody pending arraignment and extradition.

ALAMO – A suspect accused of the shooting death of a man at a gentlemen’s club in Hidalgo County was charged with murder.

The shooting happened early Sunday morning at the LipZtick Gentlemen’s Club on Sioux Road.

Forty-one-year-old Angel Sanchez was shot in the abdomen and later died from his injuries.

Miguel Uvalle, 41, was arrested and charged with murder. He's being held on $1 million bond.

The Hidalgo County Sheriff’s Office is searching for a second suspect. He's wanted for murder and may be driving a white Ford Expedition.
