NEAR SAN BENITO – A man is charged with capital murder in the death of a man reported missing out of Mission.

Henry Gonzalez, 35, was reported missing last week.  Investigators say his body was found buried in a shallow grave on a ranch near San Benito.

The 46-year-old suspect is jailed without bond in Cameron County.

Another man is also in custody, charged with failing to report a felony.
