Man Charged with Smuggling Previously Convicted for Same Crime
SAN ANTONIO – Authorities say the man who was arrested for smuggling charges in San Antonio has a similar history.
Gerardo Javier Carreon was found with 54 people inside a tractor trailer on Tuesday.
Carreon pleaded guilty to the incident. In 2008, he also admitted to being involved in a similar situation in Laredo.
