McAllen Votes in Favor to Grant Permit for Respite Center
MCALLEN – The city of McAllen voted in favor to grant the respite center a conditional use permit.
The permit is for their new location on South 15th Street in downtown McAllen.
It will allow the center to hold and process immigrants.
There is no set timeline for this, according to the city’s spokesperson.
