Men Charged in 2010 Murder
PHARR--Two people were charged Saturday in connection to a murder in Pharr back in 2010.
47-year-old Jaime Torres and 26-year-old Gerrardo Ochoa from San Juan are charged with first degree murder. They were arrested Friday by US marshals.
The victim in the case, 30-year-old Alberto Garcia was shot and killed on February 17th, 2010 at a convenience store on the 600 block of E. Evans.
The suspects were given a bond of $1 million.
Pharr police said more arrests are expected.
