Mercedes Zumba Instructor Says Floods Still Affecting Business
MERCEDES – A business owner in Hidalgo County says crews aren’t working fast enough to clear out the floodwater in the area.
The Zumba instructor says she decided to open up her business on Monday when she saw pump trucks nearby.
She is still concerned that her clients won’t be able to get to her shop, located on Lucero Del Norte Street, because of road conditions.
KRGV’s Frank McCaffrey reached out to the precinct commissioner for answers.
